Careers FAQs

A. We employ people who are keen to succeed and willing to go the extra mile – this often means we work beyond a typical 9-5 day. However, we value the importance of balance between work and home and are sensitive to home commitments. Our approach to resource scheduling and policies such as flexible working and mobile working help to keep a healthy balance.

A. Hedra asks all of its consultants to be willing to work away from home – this doesn’t mean that you will necessarily have to be away all the time, but a significant amount of travel (within the UK) is likely to be a feature of your work if you join us as a consultant.

A. You will get a cash allowance, from which you can choose to buy various benefits such as private health insurance or child care vouchers. The value of the allowance will depend on your grade. In addition, you’ll have 25 days holiday and the opportunity to participate in the Hedra pension scheme.

A. Hedra operates bonus schemes for all grades of staff. Payments depend on a combination of personal and company performance. We also have a commission scheme for people joining us in sales roles.
