For the MOD, there is a pressing need to deliver enhanced front-line capability, against a background of budget squeeze, headcount reductions and increasingly onerous operational commitments.
For many MOD integrated project teams this is new ground.
Our capabilities here include:
- business transformation to ensure change activities are aligned with business imperatives and take account of all the components of successful change
- design and implementation of document and record management solutions
- integrated project team organisational development, embracing headcount strategy and ‘lean organisation’
- support transition, for example, taking the MOD Business Case through Initial and Main Gate, then securing major contracts with suppliers
- performance management including Resource Accounting and Budgeting (RAB) and integrated reporting requirements
- cost optimisation programmes.
