Core Values

As a professional services business, we have always been clear about the need for a strong set of values that define our business – how we engage with our clients, relate to each other in our organisation and manage our business. We are totally committed to creating a unique culture with a distinctive set of values that informs everything we do.

Our values system is what creates a unique culture for how we run our business, engage with clients and alliance partners, treat colleagues and respond to our investors. We have four very clear principles:

  • Respect – for the individual and our clients and partners,
  • Integrity – to underpin all our business dealings,
  • Openness – to address challenges head on, build shared purpose, improve what we do and learn lessons from what we could do better,
  • Accountability – to deliver results.
Values and behaviours shape our identity – more than anything else they provide Hedra with distinctiveness in everything that we do.  Our values are non-negotiable and all Hedra leaders are totally committed to role modelling these.
