Hedra’s clients face a continuing challenge to deliver increasing value and benefit from their technology investments, gain control of information, ensure compliance and reduce risk.

Through our public and private sector experience, we have developed a business driven, technology enabled approach which delivers technology solutions and complementary consulting services covering areas such as Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Electronic Document and Records Management solutions (EDRM). Focus areas include shared services enablement, improvement of public services to the citizen, information risk management and enabling cross public sector and business partner collaboration.

SOCIAL SERVICES (SAP, CACI). Specific propositions include integrated adult and children services solutions in collaboration with our partners SAP and CACI.

EDRM (Open Text, Microsoft). Specific propositions include EDRM solutions with our partner Open Text and document and case management solutions using Microsoft Sharepoint.

SAP IS-U (SAP). Our proposition includes supporting the implementation and upgrade of SAP IS-U (the SAP industry specific solution for the Utilities Industry).
