Justice

Hedra has an established criminal justice practice, with a track record of successful work for the Home Office, Department for Constitutional Affairs and departments within the Attorney General’s group.

We offer a complete consultancy service from strategy development, requirements gathering, implementation support and managing solutions and services.  Our experience includes:

  • supporting the DCA HR shared service programme
  • developing an IS strategy for Revenue & Customs Prosecution Office
  • working in partnership with key partners to deliver the Home Office 101 programme
  • reviewing the Home Office IT and asset management system
  • developing and maintaining an end to end CJS simulation model for the Office of Criminal Justice reform
  • providing project management support of the Home Office iQuanta police performance application.

Managing complex programmes
Justice involves the integration of business processes and systems across numerous organisations, including many outside the CJS sector (such as local government, education and the private sector). Hedra has extensive experience of managing the complexity of programmes that cross these boundaries.

Business transformation
Hedra works closely with CJS departments undergoing significant programmes of change to provide a trusted business transformation service. This includes programme management, embedding change within and across organisations, benefits realisation and managing suppliers on behalf of clients to ensure transformation programmes are delivered on time and on budget.

Expertise – our consultants are public service specialists with extensive experience of the CJS and UK Government. We understand the challenges facing our clients and we work in partnership to address them.

Independence – we are the largest independent provider of consultancy service to the UK public sector and focus on developing high quality, open and trusted relationships with our clients.

Risk sharing – we are willing to put our fees at risk to ensure our clients’ outcomes are achieved.
