Our Values
Our values are what makes Hedra a special place to work and creates some real differentiation for our clients. If we adhere to Respect, Integrity, Openness and Accountability in the way we engage with each other and deliver for our clients, then it creates a distinctiveness that is difficult, if not impossible to replicate.
Our values are knitted into the fabric of our organisation and define the behaviours you will see in our interactions with colleagues, clients, partners and others. We constantly check we are all living the values, through 360°feedback, staff attitude and client satisfaction surveys. These values also form an important aspect of the performance review process.
Learning and development
For Hedra, the aim of personal development is learning, not training. We place great emphasis on learning through working, supported by coaching and knowledge sharing to enable everyone to refresh and advance their skills and knowledge.
We have partnerships with specialist training organisations and our tailored courses provide support for all – from consultant to business leader.
Joining Us
Once your start date has been agreed you’ll be invited to an induction event. Here you’ll meet some of our senior Executive Team and be given the information to help you build a successful career at Hedra. You’ll also get your consulting ‘kit bag’, including lap top and mobile phone.
We will cover arrangements for joining your first project team and meetings with your home business group, including your line manager, to agree your personal development objectives.
You will also have a ‘Buddy’, at the same grade as you, to show you the ropes and introduce you to new friends.
